Mr. Chandrashekhar Mishra Managing Director An Ex-Investment Banker with PG in Securities Markets from Mumbai and B.E. in Electrical Engineering; Chandrashekhar carries almost 15 Years of Corporate and Entrepreneurial experience. Before starting Crux Power he was working with a Private Equity firm based out of Singapore for Renewable Energy Asset acquisition. He brings an immense amount of Techno-Commercial experience into our company and always stands with each and every staff member for support and guidance. He keeps on meeting stakeholders for development of the Solar Industry as a whole in Eastern India, especially in Odisha. Mr. Gati Krushna Acharya Chief Executive Officer An IIM-A and XIM-B alumnus having rich and varied experience over 30 years; Gati Krushna Acharya brings his expertise in Business Development & Corporate Affairs skills to the company. Though he started as an academician in the area of Physics but later on he shaped up his career by working for several leading organizations e.g. Nicholas Piramal, IMFA and Paradip Phosphates Limited in various capacities. In addition to his corporate career, he has never missed the opportunity to follow his passion for academics. He happens to be a visiting faculty to various management institutions mentoring MBA students. His knack of interest for Renewable Energy and Start-ups has driven him to inspire the young, dynamic and budding colleagues in Crux Power where he took the challenge of managing the overall performance of the company hence joined as Director and Chief Executive Officer. His unmatchable experience and impeccable integrity would enable Crux Power to soar higher and scale the unprecedented heights in renewable energy sector of Odisha and nearby states. Mr. Surajit Jenamani Director A Post Graduate in Business Administration with Legal, Accounts, and Logistics specialization; Surajit with almost 10 years of working experience looks after the daily operation of the company. He also ensures a cosy relationship with our Suppliers, Industry Associations etc. He takes care of the day to day cash flow of the business, compliance of all statutory requirements including Company Act, EPF, ESI, Quarterly and Annual Closing of accounts including but not limited to communication with Govt Clients related to Work Orders, Progress of Work and documentation during project handover etc. Facebook Twitter Linkedin
